Today, plan context, Why, Ask Meyer, athlete check-ins, and coach handoff are the core early-access experience.
Meyer Method · Early access
Your training. Your recovery. Your life. One explainable system.
Early access will focus on the part athletes need most: understanding today's training, knowing when to adapt, seeing why, and reaching a coach when the decision deserves human judgment.
What comes first
Know what to do today—and why.
- Today: see the purpose, expected feel, shorter option, and stop conditions for the session.
- Adapt: compare an approved adjustment with the original plan instead of losing the coach's intent.
- Why: understand what changed and what training purpose the recommendation is protecting.
- Human: reach a coach when the answer needs judgment rather than automation.
A consent-controlled manual import pilot is in development so a coach can bring approved athlete history into Meyer Method. Broader live synchronization remains a later step.
The public assessment and interactive demo do not save answers. Athlete training records require authenticated access and explicit permissions.
