Privacy & data

Your training information should have a clear purpose.

Meyer Method is designed around separate permissions, limited access, and visible boundaries so an athlete can understand what is being used and who can see it.

You choose what is shared

Assessment, marketing contact, athlete profile, coach access, and provider data are separate permissions. Agreeing to one does not automatically grant another.

Coaches see what coaching requires

An assigned coach receives only the information allowed for the enabled coaching experience. Administrative access does not automatically include athlete training or wellness details.

The public demo stays fictional

The assessment preview and interactive demo are designed to work without real athlete records. Demo athletes and scenarios are fictional.

Training data is not advertising data

Recovery, health, training, body-composition, and coaching information are kept outside advertising systems and commercial recommendations do not change training decisions.

Provider access is separate

Connecting or importing from a provider does not automatically make that information available for every product purpose. TrainingPeaks imports require their own athlete permission.

Safety comes before the plan

Meyer Method is endurance coaching and general wellness, not medical care. Serious symptoms and clinical boundaries route away from training guidance to the appropriate qualified care.

Public preview boundary

The preview is not a substitute for final legal terms.

This page explains the current product design in plain language. Final privacy notices and terms for broad public enrollment will be reviewed and published before that enrollment opens.
